A 42m high tower iconic to Leicester,itt houses both the Blue Streak and Thor Able rockets. Visitors can also view the Gagarin Experience, Apollo Lunar Lander and Moon Rock from the tower.

The Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium was both opened by and named after astronomy hero Sir Patrick Moore, most known for creating the Caldwell catalogue. The planetarium combines the latest sound and video technology and computer animation to immerse you in a number of shows.
